Corporate Housekeeper for AIDA Cruises

GOOD WINDS Marine Services is recruiting CORPORATE HOUSEKEEPER for Passenger vessels:

Owner: AIDA CRUISES

Departure: May 2025

Main offered conditions:

Main tasks & duties:
1.Responsible for the product conformity, customer oriented and resource and cost
effective operation of the Housekeeping department onboard of all ships
2.Fleet-wide enforcement and sustainability of all standards laid down in the department:
-Analysis of existing standards and guidelines regarding the feedbacks onboard
and by the department
-Development and actualization of standards and guidelines together with the
department head, further development of existing structures and processes
-Controls and evaluation of these onboard, maintaining highest quality standards
-Monitoring of guest s feedback, evaluation of customer interviews onboard
-Acquisition and evaluation of employees suggestions (AIDA Impulse,
innovations)
3. Guidance and training of crew members
4. Project work, for example:
-Consultation, preparation and shipyard-deployments in case of commissioning
(initial installation, choosing the right equipment, orders, operative preparations
and collaboration)
-Market observation, participation in product selection (e.g. chemicals,
equipment), testing of new products, testing of new work materials
-Support in creation of concepts
-Collaboration in budget planning, implementation of indices, operative controlling

Leadership Tasks:
1.Active leadership to enhance and increase the HESS awareness within the department
2.Supervision of all work flows and fields of responsibility in regards to safety standards,
labour, environmental, health and hygiene regulations based on HESS and ECP
regulations and maritime social responsibility, in compliance with approved budgets
3.Responsible for an effective scheduling of all team members with the T&A
4.Evaluation and potential evaluation, motivation and training of all subordinates
