NEDCON MARITIME is recruiting for the on-shore based position:
SUPERINTENDENT
Job Description / Candidate Profile:
- The candidate should have proven experience in managing the technical and operational aspects of vessels, including but not limited to maintenance planning, technical troubleshooting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations such as IMO and SOLAS standards. - The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in preparing and executing dry-docking projects, liaising with classification societies, flag administrations, and other maritime regulatory authorities.
- Additionally, familiarity with modern fleet management software and systems, such as AMOS and previous shore-based operations management experience are highly desirable. Strong leadership and communication skills.
Joining: depending on the availability of a suitable candidate
Contract duration: Permanent contract
