Master and Chief Engineer
*min 9 months on rank
*min 9 months on vessel type and size

Chief Officer and 2nd Engineer
*min 6 months on rank
*min 6 months on vessel type and size

ETO
*min one contract on rank
*min one contract on vessel type and size
