NEDCON MARITIME is recruiting PRODUCTION MANAGER for project abroad
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in shipyard repair management, including floating dock operations and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of vessel repair processes, pricing, and client interaction.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and contractors.
- Knowledge of maintenance practices for floating docks and heavy machinery.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including client-facing experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Period of contract: 1 year, with the possibility of renewal (the aim is 2-3 years if performance is good).
Estimated date of joining: May 2025.
Monthly wage: $8,000-$10,000 (after tax).
