Pipefitters and Aluminum Welders with welding certificate 131 - building high-speed ferries in alumi

We are now looking for pipefitters and aluminum welders with welding certificate 131. The job involves building high-speed ferries in aluminum. Norwegian shipyard.
Mentioned salary includes taxes. About 17 euro / hour after taxes (net amount).

-Start-up: As soon as possible or within a week after Easter
-Contract length: 1 - 2 years
-Possibilities for saving hours according to Rotation: 6 - 2 -53 hours per week
Cover of company:
-Travel -in accordance with rotation
-Accommodation Adlandtoppen Hybelbygg
-Food money per hour -15,-
-Car -5 - 9 seats
-We only cover luggage on the first and last flights per project - order luggage and that we deduct from salary
Agreement and hourly wage for our employees at OMA: Adjustment from 01.05.2025 has not yet been added.
-Hourly wage 267,- -264,64 first year Total with additions NOK 182,-
-Additions, food money 15,- per hour -working hours.
-Example of food money. Work 6 weeks = 212h x 15 = NOK 3.180,-
-New seniority supplement. Over 8 years = 3,- Over 10 years = 1,- Over 15 years = 1,-
