Neopoint is looking for experienced Workover Supervisors & Toolpushers to lead offshore well intervention and workover operations in Africa (Offshore).

Key Responsibilities:
Lead well workover operations with a strong focus on safety & efficiency;
Plan and execute well interventions while ensuring HSE compliance;
Supervise offshore teams & subcontractors.
Monitor equipment, reporting and operational performance.

Requirements:
10+ years of workover & well intervention experience.
Certifications: IWCF Well Control, BOSIET, H2S Training & other relevant offshore certs.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
French language skills are preferred due to operational requirements.
