- Certifications: Valid STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping) certificates.
- Health: Medical fitness to work at sea.
- Teamwork: Ability to work in a diverse and challenging environment with a commitment to safety and quality.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, dedication to maintaining high standards of work, and ability to handle various responsibilities onboard.
