Fair Spirit Shipping is hiring as follows:
Electrician to join early October on Juice carrier vessel.
Contract duration; 4 months +/- 1 month depending on planning.
Candidate should be English fluent and holder of C1/D US Visa.
Main task of the ETOs for Orange Juice vessels are:
Check and calibration of various sensors,
Experience with different kind of data networks (Ethernet, HART, ProfiBus, Asi bus, etc),
Overhaul and replacement of remotely controlled valves and their control equipment,
Replacement and programming of PLCs,
Overhaul of electrical motors,
Maintenance of lighting systems, elimination of earth leaks,
Maintenance and fault finding on power systems, incl. breakers etc.
