CREW CHEF FOR RESEARCH/YACHT BUILT 2025

SEAWAY INTERNATIONAL is currently hiring for a research and expedition vessel (IMO 9840037, MMSI 257090650) , a real state-of-the-art ship built in 2025 and currently sailing under the flag of Norway.

CREW CHEF

Temp contract 2 +/-1 till beg May voyage + shipyad North Europe , no pax onboard. We require experience as Crew Chef on yacht or expedition ship for a number of 7 to 10 crew . Requiring also valid docs. European crew. Crew Chef will be responsible for ALL food and catering services onboard , also be responsible for managing and maintaining all galley procedures, safety requirements andgalley specific documents and logbooks. The Crew Chef will also be solely responsible for ordering and management of galley stocks.

English , level 2 ; hygiene certification HACCP level 2 for food preparation ; able to cook international variation of dishes i.e. Nordic, Italian, French, North European, Asian, Variation of desserts and pastries, Bread/ bakery.
