-Salary calculated based on each individual in rank experience
-Voyage contract length of 5 +/-1 months
-Free internet onboard
-Wages increase based on rank experience

-Vacation Bonus paid yearly - 1 of the total wages gained in previous year
Requirements:
- at least 12 months seatime in rank experience with minimum 250 reefers containers
