We are looking for a Guest Experiences Manager with previous shipboard or hotel experience in similar position. Guest Experiences Manager is responsible for Guest Services operation, acts as escalation point within the Guest Services team for guest complaints, providing feedback to Hotel Director to ensure effective and timing resolution is achieved.
