Key Responsibilities:
Lead the culinary team to prepare and serve high - quality meals in line with Company standards
Ensure consistent food presentation and taste, adhering to the highest hygiene and safety standards.
Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control at all times
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Proficiency in English, French language is a plus
