Electrical Cadets for Italian Owner of passenger vessels Costa Crociere.

GOOD WINDS Marine Services is recruiting ELECTRICAL CADETS for the well known owner of passenger vessels, Costa Crociere:

Requirements:
-Students in 3rd & 4th year of Naval Academy of Maritime University;
-Students who graduated Naval Academy or Maritime University who still need cadetship;
-Advance English level;
-Preferably with one international voyage onboard a vessel;
-Availability for recruitment session and final interviews between 10.04-20-04.2025.

Steps of recruitment process:
-CES tests (Technical and Maritime English)- online
-Marine Profile - psychometric test - online
-Interview with HR and Technical Superintendent - online
Each phase represents a selection test and it's eliminatory.

Once candidate passed successfully all these recruitment steps, based on readiness, we will revert with details about their embarkation;
